In April of 2022 we unfortunately had to close our brick and mortar location. With our new contract with Apple we are able to continue offering Apple Authorized Service without our customer facing store. We also joined their Apple Consultants Network as well to further assist business that run on Mac. 

Concierge service options through Mac-Fusion:

$40 Concierge Service: We pick up your Mac and keep it in our Apple approved workspace for the duration of the repair including waiting for parts. This is best if your machine is not operational.

$99 White Glove Concierge Service: we pick up your Mac and keep it in our Apple approved workspace for the duration of the repair including waiting for parts. We will unplug your machine from your workspace and ensure when we return it that it is reconnected to all of your devices again. *Terms and conditions apply.

$80 Concierge Service: If your Mac is operational we are actually able to allow you to keep and use your machine while we wait for the parts to deliver! We pick up your Mac take it to our Apple approved workspace and diagnose it in a timely manner. We return it to you and then arrange a time where we can pick it up within 4 days of your parts arriving to us. **Terms and conditions apply.

$149 White Glove Concierge Service: If your Mac is operational we are actually able to allow you to keep and use your machine while we wait for the parts to deliver! We will unplug your machine from your workspace when we pick up your Mac and then take it to our Apple approved workspace and diagnose it in a timely manner.  We return it to you and then arrange a time where we can pick it up within 4 days of your parts arriving to us. Upon returning your repaired Mac we will ensure that it is reconnected to all of your devices again.  ***Terms and conditions apply.

* We will connect your devices and make sure they are operational as they were before. In some instances of your repair there will be times where your device needs to be erased (you will have approved this prior to erasure). In this case reinstalling all software is not part of the White Glove Concierge Service but certainly something we can assist with, hourly onsite rates would apply in this situation.
** Your Mac must be in the same condition when we pick it up as it was when we performed diagnostics. If it is not you forfeit the repair deposit or it will need to be applied to a repair that addresses the new additional damage.
*** We will connect your devices and make sure they are operational as they were before.
