Before you get all excited this isn’t about making crazy HTML spamming templates. I’m talking about making an email template for those repetitive emails you have to send out. In my case I’m a technician that watches over some dear, but at times, forgetful clients. OK, who am I kidding, they just don’t read my emails. I used to spend a lot of time searching my email, then copying info, new email, paste email and send. Learn how to make your own templates
First step: Create your email

I like to leave mine unaddressed as that will stay in the stationery. However that might come in handy if you are sending a status report to your boss every week that you need in the same format.
To save your Stationery go up to the “File” drop down menu and select the “Save as Stationery” option. It will pop down a little menu on your email and ask you to name it. Name it something descriptive as it’s not always easy to tell by thumbnail what it is.
To use Stationery:

Click on the Stationery button in the upper left. You’ll see mine says “Hide Stationery” as I have already clicked it for this screen capture. Scroll to “custom”. You will find your saved Stationery, click on it. It may take a second or two to load. It will take longer if you have any that contain images.
I found in my testing if you have a stationery template that you need to modify and want to save an updated version you can just follow the steps above and it will prompt you to save it as new version. You can also remove the templates by hovering over them until you get the circle x in the corner to click on to delete.
