Unopened items still in factory sealed packaging may be returned for full refunds.
Opened items
Opened items may be returned for store credit (20% restocking fee applies).
Defective items
Defective items may be returned for same-product exchange, or store credits.
Items not returnable
mac-fusion cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
software
RAM
headphones
products not accompanied with original packaging still in-tact

All items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days only if:
Items accompanied by original mac-fusion receipt and packaging.
Special orders or configure-to-order machines cannot be returned or exchanged.
A damaged item may only be returned if deemed DOA by mac-fusion.
